Next Generation Leadership

Hamilton Together is a campaign built around continued stability in city finances, support for retailers and hospitality, collaboration with Government on municipal reform and national priorities, practical smart city ideas, and strong backing for the city staff and union staff who deliver high-quality services every day.

We believe Hamilton is the economic heart of Bermuda and should become even more vibrant, more responsive, and more enjoyable for residents, workers, businesses, and visitors.

A Unified Team

The Hamilton Together campaign team is a next generation leadership team for the Corporation of Hamilton. On April 23rd, 2026 the eight Councillors were elected into their roles. Mayoral candidate Michael Branco is running in a contested election on May 7th, 2026.

Qualified to Lead

Michael Branco is a Bermudian entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in technology, finance, and innovation. He is the founder of Celeste Ventures, an advisory and investment company, and previously served as CEO of Fireminds, helping grow it into an award-winning software and cloud services firm operating across multiple jurisdictions. He also founded PTIX, Bermuda’s leading ticketing platform, and has played a key role in building and supporting businesses across technology, marketing, advertising, and commercial property.

Michael holds a degree in Computer Science from Western University and an MBA from Ivey Business School, and has completed executive training in artificial intelligence, distributed databases, and board governance at Stanford University. He has completed a Doctorate in Business Administration at Rutgers Business School and will officially graduate in May 2026. A long-serving City representative and Justice of the Peace, he has served on multiple City committees and is Chair of Bermuda Forward, a non-partisan think tank focused on Bermuda’s long-term economic and social development.
